Yu Takimoto is a Japanese sound artist and DJ.
Since 2016 he has self-released several pieces by the name of T4CKY. The EP 3+3, released in April 2019, topped iTunes Store Electronic chart in Japan.
After the T4CKY alias, He started working on his new project as Yu Takimoto in 2020 and has released some albums and EPs.
He often uses a variety of inspirations in his songs, such as synthetic sounds, folkloric music, Japanese popular culture and social issues.
